Online Counselling and Mother Daughter Coaching

My Services

Online and Telephone Counselling

I am an Integrative and Person-Centred Counsellor who uses a range of approaches and techniques from different types of therapy, focusing on you as an individual. I offer an empathetic, compassionate, safe and confidential environment for establishing a genuine and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.

I am open and genuine - this is vital in helping you feel accepted, and better able to understand your own feelings. It helps you reconnect with your values and sense of self-worth, enabling you to find your own way to move forward. Building a strong relationship based on trust is essential for success, whether you require short-term or longer-term counselling.

I can help you to understand yourself so that you gain insight into the issues you face. I focus specifically on your unique needs, enabling you to understand your emotions, thoughts and feelings, to empower you to achieve your goals and lasting change.

Mother and Daughter Coaching

Do you have a fraught relationship with your mother, daughter, mother-in-law or daughter-in-law?

Do you feel silenced, unheard, unappreciated, misunderstood, rejected, judged or punished?

The mother and daughter relationship is central to women’s identities and self-image regardless of community or culture.

Contact me so together we can help create stronger, more emotionally bonded female relationships. I will provide exercises and tools that enhance mutual understanding, and the ability to listen and be heard, rather than suppress feelings from harmful generational conditioning or past traumas. I help Mothers and Daughters, and Mothers-in-law and Daughters-in-law, to have healthy, understanding relationships and help resolve family conflicts by developing strategies for better interaction. This specialised coaching addresses generational differences, setting boundaries and aiming to build a stronger and more supportive relationship. This can be delivered to individuals or as a duo.
